The Challenge
One platform serving students, teachers, content authors, and administrators with every school's data strictly isolated, in real time, under EU privacy law.
A multi-tenant platform running four separate systems: student app, teacher analytics, admin layer, and a content hub for the math team - on shared infrastructure with every school's data fully isolated, all under EU privacy law. Hundreds of students work in real time at once, and the academic data feeding the platform never stops growing.

The Solution
A dedicated intelligence layer models each student's understanding in real time, learning from every interaction to surface patterns and gaps the moment they emerge.
Bijlex is built on an event-driven, decoupled architecture where each system runs independently and communicates asynchronously through an event layer. Submissions, score updates, and teacher interventions propagate in real time without contention or data conflicts. Tenant isolation is enforced at the data layer, with row-level separation keeping every school's data contained on shared infrastructure. An intelligence layer continuously models how each student works, detecting patterns across thousands of interactions and surfacing them to teachers in real time.
Platform

The Process
We integrated into their team and owned most of the build.
We integrated into the existing team and took ownership of most of the development. The architecture was set up together — we shaped the event-driven structure, the data layer, and how the systems fit, then owned the build across the platform. They knew the domain and the product. We brought the engineering and ran it end to end.
